Yoga helps kids build strong and flexible bodies, focused and calm minds and a happy spirit inside themselves.  Classes include yoga poses, experiential movement, games and a brief mediation.

Private classes are available in your home.
These classes will be 30-60 minutes long depending on the age and attention span of the children.  Private classes are also available.
Prices*-
1 child : $35-50
2 kids : $15-25
3-4 kids: $12-20
5-6 kids:$10-16
